Quality and social compliance are separate desks. Both report before the forwarder is booked.

Inline Inspection

Checked during sewing so defects are corrected before the line finishes the lot.

Finished, packed goods are inspected against the approved sample and packing list.

Sampling follows the agreed AQL, usually 2.5 major / 4.0 minor unless the buyer states otherwise.

Four-point fabric check before cutting, with shade and width recorded.

Spec measurements are taken from size set and from bulk at inline and final.

Carton marks, polybag, assortment, and moisture are checked before the container.

Social compliance across nominated factories.

Workplace standards on knit and sweater partners.

Shared audit data for European buyers.

Tested fabrics for skin-contact garments.

Organic cotton on selected lines and yarns.
